JOB – Maintenance Engineer LOCATION – Slough TERM- Permanent SHIFT PATTERN – 4 on 4 off days (7am-7pm) or nights (7pm-7am) SALARY - £35,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience My client is a manufacturer of specialist machinery. They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Slough on a permanent basis. The Maintenance Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: Strong hands-on Engineering skills – fault-finding, dealing with machinery failures, maintenance, breakdown, repair Time Served Apprenticeship / NVQ / HNC / HND / BTEC / Degree qualified or similar in an Engineering discipline Come from a Mechanical or Electrical background Able to work safely and methodically Excellent organisational and communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team A flexible and proactive attitude towards work The Maintenance Engineer role will involve: Working in a team to improve and maintain machinery Being proactive in ensuring the smooth running of all equipment PPM and breakdown avoidance Ensuring documentation is maintained and Health & Safety standards are met Ensuring efficiency and a high standard of work is met throughout the site Working with others and being an excellent team player If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible...
