Join Independence Support Ltd (ISL) – Make a Real Difference in People’s Lives! At ISL, based in York, North Yorkshire, we operate a supported living project dedicated to empowering individuals with autism and asperges. Our service supports 6 people in self-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. We aim to support individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible.

What you’ll do
You will provide outcome-focused, person-centered support that promotes independence and maximises opportunities for the people we support. Your role will include:
* Supporting with medication management
* Teaching and encouraging life skills
* Assisting with daily living task
* Facilitating community access and engagement
* Providing emotional support
* Help manage tenancies
* Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible support
Who we’re looking for
We need full-time (37.5 hours) and bank staff (0 hour) ready to work across day and night shifts, working around a 7-day rota. Full induction is provided.
