OVERBURY are looking for a Client Focus Coordinator Contract Position – 8-9-month contract

London – West End

Key responsibilities

* Liaise and support MSFITOUT teams with booking Customer Feedback Questionnaires (CEQ)
* Send out and manage calendar invites to clients and consultants
* Create CEQ forms ready for the interview
* Input data into the CEQ Portal and Excel spreadsheets ensuring all data is accurate and correct and formulas are maintained
* Carry out end of month reporting tasksComplete any ad-hoc requests and reports from the business
* A positive and professional representation of the business with our clients and consultants
* A good level of English (written, grammar, punctuality)
* Microsoft office proficient
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Organised
* Good at prioritising
* Confident
* Working in a team
