Programme Manager – Global Integrated Business Planning – London, Europe & US
* 12 months initial contract
* Onsite 2 days per week in Central London
* EU & US travel required, up to 20% of your time
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join a leading organisation, delivering a high-profile, business-critical transformation programme across the UK, Europe, and the United States.
In this role, you will take ownership of the EU, leading the upgrade of a SaaS-based solution, while also supporting the rollout of the same platform across the US. This is a strategic position requiring strong leadership, coordination across multiple regions, and the ability to manage complex, global stakeholder environments.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering large-scale programmes, including SaaS upgrades or implementations, preferably involving Orsoft or a comparable Advanced Planning System. You will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across different geographies and driving alignment across diverse teams.
A background in manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries is highly desirable, along with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, complex environments.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
* Lead a global upgrade of a vendor‑managed planning solution (Orsoft) across EU and America, ensuring aligned and coordinated delivery
* Establish and manage project governance, including reporting cadence, steering forums, and weekly status updates
* Own key project documentation such as integrated project plans, RAID logs, and change control processes
* Lead SaaS upgrade for the EU region, managing end‑to‑end delivery
* Drive solution enhancements and gap resolution for US implementation
* Ensure strict adherence to project budgets, timelines, and vendor commitments
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple regions and time zones to ensure effective collaboration
* Act as the primary contact between business stakeholders and suppliers
* Lead UAT, cutover, go‑live activities, and post‑go‑live stabilization (hypercare support)
