Trainee Enforcement Agent
Marston Holdings, London – America Square, EC3N 2LB. Permanent, full‑time. Salary £25,000 OTE, £45–60k per year.
As a Trainee Enforcement Agent, you will be at the heart of upholding community wellbeing and legislative best practice. You will handle complex and sensitive enforcement situations, execute warrants, and address persistent rate evasion with professionalism and integrity. You will also serve as a trusted face of our organisation, applying expert judgement, managing high‑stakes interactions, and upholding the highest industry standards.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence. You will undergo Disclosure and Barring Service clearance and a County Court Judgment check. You will be expected to keep the Company updated if your personal circumstances change.
