We are a busy and professional solicitor's office looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day office tasks. Key Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and front-desk enquiries in a professional manner
* Filing, scanning, and managing legal documents with accuracy and confidentiality
* Assisting with preparation of correspondence, forms, and basic legal documents
* Scheduling appointments and managing diaries for solicitors
* Liaising with clients and third parties, both over the phone and in person
* General office duties including photocopying, data entry, and maintaining supplies
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous administrative experience (legal admin experience is an advantage but not essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A professional and polite manner, with strong communication skills
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Discretion and respect for confidential information
* A proactive and flexible approach to work
