Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/brand and achieve business objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
* Create and manage marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
* Work with our content creation team to curate content for marketing strategies
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to identify areas of improvement.
* Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources appropriately, and track expenses to ensure optimal return on investment.
* Oversee the whole digital marketing section and manage agencies to distribute the budget most effectively
* Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective and competitive.
* Analyse customer behaviour and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimise website performance and usability.
* Manage the website on a basic level to ensure its as user-friendly as possible, whilst optimising the most sales
Essential skills required
* Proven work experience as a digital marketer or a similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC & social media.
* Basic understanding of email marketing.
* Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
