Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Salary:£43,000 - £50,000 DOE per annum
Shifts: Monday Friday Days
Maintenance Supervisor Duties:
* Managing a team of Maintenance Engineers Being hands on with maintaining the heavy industrial plant machinery.
* Hands on maintenance of food processing machinery
* Working alongside the Engineering Manager
* Managing workflow and capacity of the team resource.
* Continuous improvement projects
* Fault finding & diagnostics
* Reactive & PPM maintenance
Maintenance Supervisor Experience:
* Maintenance on machinery used within food manufacturing industry
* Work well within a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing and production environment.
* Leadership within a fast-paced environment
* Motivating & team building
* Mechanical or electrical qualifications
* Great communication skills
* Heavy industrial Plant machinery maintenance
* Waste management experience would be ideal
* Heavy industrial or fast-paced manufacturing experience.
