The Role
As part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes, contractual claims and professional negligence cases
* Draft pleadings, witness statements and other court documentation
* Conduct advocacy at hearings where appropriate
* Advise clients on risk management, settlement strategies and ADR options
* Liaise with counsel, experts and third-party providers
* Ensure compliance with procedural rules and court deadlines
* Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
* 4–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation / dispute resolution
* Strong technical knowledge of civil procedure and litigation strategy
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
* Ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines
* Commercially aware with a client-focused mindset
