Salary: Up to £36,000 OTE per annum dependent upon experience

*About the Role*
As a Senior/Master Technician, you'll be a key member of our workshop, responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and servicing. You'll work closely with our team to ensure every customer receives outstanding service and their vehicle is maintained to the highest standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Carry out advanced diagnostic work and complex repairs
* Support and mentor junior technicians
* Maintain accurate service documentation
* Ensure compliance with industry and brand standards
* Work efficiently to meet workshop and customer deadlines
*What We're Looking For*
* Senior/Master Technician level qualification or equivalent
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Experience working within a main dealer or fast-paced workshop
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Main Dealer Experience is preferred.
* Minimum qualification - Level 3 Technician
* Level 3 EV an advantage
