Customer Services Advisor- Planner (£16,016 per annum for 20 hours per week, £29,631 full-time equivalent, 12 month fixed-term) Job Role We’re looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to listen, empathise and communicate clearly to join our friendly Customer Services Team. You need to have good people skills and the ability to understand the needs of our tenants while at the same time having an appreciation of the demands on our engineers. You will need to be confident using the latest technology. The work will require you to be flexible and have good organisational skills. You will also need to be able to deal with complaints, both over the phone and in writing. The role will initially focus on Planning responsibilities such as diary management and compliance tasks with an exposure to Customer Service activities.
