Shift Engineer Location: Woodbridge Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Working Hours: Monday – Friday Rotating shifts Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum Position 1 Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a well-established food manufacturer to recruit a skilled Shift Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out both electrical and mechanical fault-finding, minimising downtime, and supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the operation. Working closely with the Lead Engineer and production teams, you will also contribute to continuous improvement projects and assist with the installation of new machinery and equipment.
