Role Description
The Project Manager role is a dynamic position, reporting to the head of projects. The primary responsibility is the design and delivery of speed enforcement systems across various client areas in the UK. Building and maintaining positive client relationships is crucial to understanding needs and success in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to meet deadlines and budgets.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Verify project information with stakeholders and clients to identify requirements, timelines, and costs, ensuring timely delivery.
* Compile site-specific Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental documentation according to Jenoptik standards.
* Oversee client satisfaction testing.
* Develop detailed project plans to guide clients and teams, accommodating changing needs throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide regular progress reports to the Head of Order Fulfilment.
* Handover systems to customer support, addressing any outstanding issues.
* Design system documentation, including basic functional specifications and CAD drawings.
* Monitor project performance and costs to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
* Create post-project documentation complying with CDM regulations.
* Assign project tasks based on team members' skills and strengths.
* Build strong relationships by understanding customer objectives.
* Collaborate effectively with stakeholders for smooth project execution.
* Candidates will undergo security vetting and clearance.
About you:
* Experience in equipment installation planning and management.
* Experience with ANPR and enforcement systems is advantageous.
* Understanding of Health and Safety and site supervision.
* Valid UK Driving Licence.
Desirable but not essential:
* Health & Safety training and certifications.
* Experience with computer systems and applications setup.
* Experience under a Quality and Environmental Management System.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
* Networking knowledge of wireless communication systems.
* Current 3-Day First Aid certificate.
* CSCS Card and SMSTS Qualification.
