About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibility is the profitable delivery of full 360 permanent or contract recruitment services. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to both candidates and clients while managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Generation & Retention: Source, screen, select, hire, and onboard candidates specific to your assigned specialism.
Client Account Management: Build strong relationships to generate repeat and exclusive business.
Business Development: Promote services to new, lapsed, and current clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking to meet placement targets.
Service Excellence: Conduct client service reviews and ensure a deep understanding of role requirements to provide suitable candidate matches.
Financial Management: Work closely with team managers to meet objectives related to contractor numbers, margin levels, and KPIs.
