BRIDGING FINANCE LAWYER, 5 + PQE, GBP GBP 30,000 : GBP 50,000 DOE, CHESHIRE/ HYBRID. Join a specialist firm experiencing rapid growth and pride themselves on a dynamic team culture. * The appointed lawyer will manage a diverse caseload of bridging finance and short:term lending transactions, efficiently handling high volumes while ensuring compliance and attention to detail.
* Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, and ancillary documents, while providing strategic legal advice to lenders, brokers, and borrowers and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Applicants will have at least 5 years' PQE and have awareness of bridging finance and some exposure to it, even if limited. Commercial property experience is also beneficial.
* Remote working will be considered for candidates with significant bridging experience.
* You will be part of a fast growing team handling work for both lenders and buyers. The role involves advising on bridging transactions and related property matters. Experience with the LEAP case management system is required.
