Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure (Rail/Civils)
Location: Blackfriars (Central London) / Canterbury (expensed travel when required)
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

Operating across key frameworks including the CP7 Southern Renewals Framework (Civils and Buildings), the company has built a strong culture based on trust, accountability, and genuinely valuing its people.With a Central London office located in serviced space in Blackfriars and a project team operating from Canterbury, you’ll have the flexibility to base yourself in London while visiting the site when required.________________________________________The RoleThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background to take on responsibility across a mix of projects, including:CP7 Minor Works Lot 8 (target cost / cost reimbursable)Standalone piling packagesCoastal and sea defence schemes for Tier 1 clientsYou’ll be reporting to the Commercial Director and expected to manage 2–3 projects or key accounts independently, contributing commercially from tender through to final account.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesTypical Quantity Surveying duties will include:Contract administration and commercial management of infrastructure projectsManaging target cost and cost reimbursable frameworksForecasting, cost reporting, and monthly CVRsSubcontractor procurement and account managementSupporting KPI reporting and client-facing commercial meetingsLiaising with site, project, and client teamsWorking autonomously while escalating key issues to the Commercial Director________________________________________Experience RequiredBackground in infrastructure – ideally in rail (Network Rail) or civilsUnderstanding of target cost / NEC contractsCapable of working with minimal supervisionStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
