Company Overview: We are working with a leading provider of innovative software solutions tailored for the insurance industry to hire an experienced Product Owner. As a pivotal member of their product management team, you will play a key role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering CRM features and functionalities that align with their strategic objectives and exceed customer expectations.
Product Vision and Strategy : Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Roadmap Development : Lead the creation and maintenance of the CRM product roadmap, incorporating input from stakeholders, market research, and competitive analysis to prioritize initiatives and drive product evolution.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery, alignment of priorities, and effective communication throughout the development lifecycle.
Facilitate release planning sessions, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews, providing guidance and support to development teams to ensure on-time delivery of product increments.
Product Performance Monitoring : Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement, driving iterative enhancements to the CRM platform.
Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries, feedback, and support requests from internal stakeholders and customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2 years of experience in product ownership or product management roles, with a focus on CRM solutions.
Deep understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices, preferably within the insurance industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering software products or solutions in an Agile environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
