Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 Year 1)

What You'll Do
Source and interview candidates for education roles
Market candidates to schools across the North West
Support your team in developing and maintaining client relationships
Work toward targets that reward consistency and performanceAs you progress, you'll manage your own schools, negotiate contracts, and earn commission on every placement.
