Your focus will be on onboarding performance, billing, revenue management, and cash management performance. What We Need from Yü Here's a taste of what you'll be doing: Accountable for managing Major Business customer accounts, including onboarding, billing, revenue management performance, and cash management performance. Strengthen day-to-day client relationships through exceptional client service, in-depth knowledge of the client's industry and business, and impeccable delivery and client engagement. Develop and manage key strategic relationships across key clients and stakeholders to drive successful engagement programs. Ensure risks and opportunities are fully understood and communicated, identifying the best ways of mitigating the key risks and maximizing the key opportunities. Support department-wide development initiatives. Maintain and enhance knowledge of the energy industry. Monitor competitive activity within the assigned customers, being alert to any opportunities and threats. Analyse client needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure client satisfaction. Provide regular reports and updates to the line management and other stakeholders. Manage and support projects from end to end. Develop key relationships across the organization and with third parties. Train new starters on processes and policies. Seek improvements in working processes and practices. Confidently promote effective communication within the wider team and cross-departmental.
