Position Overview:
We seek a proactive and commercially focused Major Account Product Manager to drive growth in the UK. This field-based role involves developing new business with major end-user accounts and working closely with our dealer network. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, influence senior buying decisions, and maintain professionalism through our dealer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with major UK end users.
2. Engage with decision-makers within interregional accounts to promote Combilift solutions.
3. Collaborate with UK dealer partners to deliver proposals, demonstrations, and support.
4. Support dealers with technical knowledge, customer insights, and deal guidance.
5. Present products, conduct site surveys, and recommend solutions to prospects.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
7. Maintain knowledge of product portfolio and applications.
8. Represent Combilift at trade shows, dealer events, and customer visits.
Key Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in industrial, construction, or capital equipment sectors.
2. Ability to generate and convert new business, especially with complex or high-value products.
3. Strong communication and relationship skills for managing end-user and dealer relationships.
4. Self-motivated and autonomous in a field-based role.
5. Understanding of dealer distribution sales model is advantageous.
6. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
7. Experience with dealer networks and industrial equipment sales.
8. Knowledge of materials handling, warehousing, or manufacturing sectors.
9. Technical or engineering background is a plus.
