General Operative Job Details & Benefits;
Days - Mon-Fri: 8am-4pm or 6am-2pm, £12.21 p/h
Afternoons Mon-Thurs 2pm-10:45pm and Friday 2pm-7pm, £13.74 p/h
Nights - Mon, Tues, Wed 10pm 6:30am and Sunday 18:30pm 06:30am, £14.88 p/h

General Operative Job Details;
General Operative Permanent Days
Build and wire panels (full training provided)
Work within a small, supportive team
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure products meet required standards
Quality check work to maintain high accuracy and efficiency
Assist in building systems to support fast turnaround and exemplary output
Assembler/Test Permanent Afternoons
Assemble printed circuit boards
Fit electronic components into position
Keep the soldering machine utilised
General production duties including picking and packing components
Operate and feed the flying probe test machine (basic operating experience required)
Assembler Permanent Nights
Assemble printed circuit boards
Fit electronic components into position
Keep the soldering machine utilised and running efficiently
General production duties including picking and packing components
General Operative Person Specification;
Is keen to learn new skills
Has an excellent eye for detail
Enjoys following processes to a high standard
Can work both independently and as part of a small team
