What you’ll be doing
•Acts as a trusted advisor to the executive team, influencing strategic decision-making and ensuring HR initiatives are fully aligned with business objectives. Proactively identifies people-related risks and opportunities that impact long-term business sustainability.
•Provides expert guidance and coaching to senior leaders on complex HR matters, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and legal compliance. Designs and implements solutions to mitigate risk and uphold ethical and legal standards.
•Leads the implementation of people solutions, collaborating with Centres of Expertise on organisational design projects to optimise structures, roles, and processes. Offers strategic counsel to senior leaders on navigating complex people challenges.
•Provides strategic leadership to a team of HR professionals, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring. Champions continuous improvement of people processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive employee experience.
•Builds strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including executives, industry leaders, and Group CoEs. Influences decision-making and aligns stakeholders on critical people-related priorities.
•Leverages advanced analytics to generate predictive insights, identify trends, and model the impact of HR initiatives on key business metrics—underpinned by a deep understanding of financials, market position, and the competitive landscape.
•Develops and implements robust HR metrics and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and demonstrate the impact of HR initiatives. Presents data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to the executive team and board.
•Acts as a thought leader in HR, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices. Promotes the adoption of innovative HR technologies to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and evidence-based decision-making.
•Contributes to cross-functional teams as part of an agile People & Culture organisation, bringing expertise beyond primary specialisation to deliver value across multiple HR domains.
