Head of Business Development
We are working with a specialist contractor in the UK, with a global presence, renowned for delivering innovative structural repair, refurbishment and strengthening solutions across the Civil Engineering, Building and Marine markets
They are looking for a senior level business development manager to head up this function across the UK business and manage a team of BDMs across various locations and specialisms.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Lead the national Business Development function at the opportunity stage.
* Own the Business Development management system, ensuring consistent governance, qualification discipline, market intelligence, diversification, and opportunity development across regions.
* Provide strategic oversight of Marketing, Communications and Conferences, ensuring alignment with Business Development priorities
* Ensure all opportunities are strategically assessed and accompanied by a clear win strategy before handover to Preconstruction.
