Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a portfolio of private rural estates
2. Deliver expert management and strategic consultancy services
3. Drive business growth and support wider departmental strategy
4. Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
5. Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated client solutions
What We're Looking For:
1. RICS-qualified with significant post-qualification experience
2. Proven leadership and relationship management abilities
3. Strong strategic and commercial mindset
4. Experience working with private estate clients
5. Motivated, ambitious, and team-oriented
