Covering the Midlands region, youll be selling market-leading commodity products that are critical to countless projects across diverse industries. Youll manage a mix of loyal existing customers while driving new business to help expand the brands strong regional presence.
The Role
Manage and grow relationships with established customers across the Midlands
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors
Split your time between field visits, office work, and remote activity for flexibility and effectiveness
Develop and present tailored proposals to clients, negotiating to close profitable deals
Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide regular sales reports and market feedback
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
About You
Experience in a field-based B2B sales role, ideally with exposure to construction, industrial, or commercial products
Comfortable managing both existing accounts and proactively pursuing new business
Strong relationship-building skills and excellent commercial awareness
Organised and driven, able to manage your own diary and meet targets
Confident communicator and negotiator who can build trust and deliver solutions
Full UK driving licence
