General Adviser Hours: 37 Hours per week Salary: £24,335 per annum Job Type: Permanent Annual Leave: 20 days plus bank holidays & five office closure days (3 at Christmas and two in the summer) Location: Hybrid Great Yarmouth (3 days/week) & remote (2 days/week) Pension: 4.5% Contribution The Role: We’re looking for a compassionate and confident General Adviser to join our team at Norfolk Citizens Advice. You’ll give advice, providing essential support over the phone and face-to-face, on various issues to people facing financial hardship, housing problems, and rising energy costs.
