Transmission and Renewables As one of the largest Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) in the UK, we support distribution network operations across infrastructure.
What will you be doing?
Were looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. This will include frequent site visits to Pembroke where the project is based. Youll play a key role in managing contracts, sub-contractor accounts, and project finances, while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. From tracking costs to valuing additional works, youll support the team to keep projects on time and within budget.
This role also involves creating weekly cost/value reports generations, analysing tenders, and working closely with operational teams. Collation of accurate information for monthly cost / value reconciliations and contract reviews.
Travel will be required for this role, so a full UK driving licence is required.
What youll bring Detailed knowledge and previous experience of the NEC 3/4 as a minimum
Experience in a similar role and experience within the electricity sector
Civils or Electrical background
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous use of the Oracle system would be advantageous but not essential
