Workshop Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing workshop team
Drive operational performance across KPIs including VOR reduction, MOT compliance, and fleet availability
Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and legislative compliance are maintained
Manage workshop budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Build strong working relationships with operational teams, internal customers, and external suppliers
Implement and improve workshop processes to maximise productivity and service reliability
Promote a positive, accountable, and engaged workshop culture
Support continuous improvement initiatives across fleet maintenance operations
Workshop Manager Requirments:
Proven experience managing fleet maintenance operations or vehicle workshops
Strong leadership and team development experience
Excellent understanding of workshop compliance, health & safety, and operational standards
Experience managing large or complex vehicle fleets
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
