Team Leader
Full-Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Monday–Friday | Office Based
Up to £32,000 depending on experience
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and people-focused Team Leader to join a growing, innovative business with a fantastic culture and a genuine focus on its people.

The Role:
1. Lead, support and develop a high-performing team
2. Deliver regular coaching, mentoring and performance feedback
3. Drive team performance and maintain high service standards
4. Support training and ongoing development of team members
5. Create a positive, inclusive and motivated team culture
6. Identify improvements and support operational efficiencies
7. Work collaboratively with management and wider teams to achieve business goals
About You:
8. Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
9. Strong people management and coaching skills
10. Passionate about developing and supporting others
11. Excellent communication and organisational skills
12. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
13. Proactive, solutions-focused and confident making decisions
14. A natural motivator who leads by example
