We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Controller based in Sheffield for one of our clients on a permanent basis.
Summary of theService Controller role…
Salary: £31,814 - £33,865Job Location: SheffieldType of Contract: PermanentHours: 40 hour working week, Monday – FridayResponsibilities of theService Controller
* Answer inbound calls and queries.
* Schedule maintenance, servicing and repairs of machines.
* Organise parts, labour and tooling to ensure efficient completion of any job.
* Close and invoice jobs justifying costs incurred.
* Communicate with Field Service Engineers to compile and prepare estimates.
* Raise sales orders, work orders, purchase requests and invoices.
* Processing and dealing with credit notes.
* Input engineer timesheets and overtime forms.
Requirements for a successful Credit Controller
* Experience working with and scheduling repairs and engineers previously.
* Warranty parts and service experience in the construction/plant industry.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Flexible approach to work.
* Calm under pressure and able to handle multiple workloads.
* Well organised.
