Civil Engineer / Senior Civil Engineer – Cardiff
Salary: £43,000 – £75,000 (DOE) Hybrid working | Career growth | Award-winning projects
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and delivering civil engineering solutions for a range of building and development projects.
* Working with local authorities, developers, and design partners across South Wales.
* Producing detailed designs and drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, and NBS Chorus.
* Supporting or leading on drainage, levels, highways, and external works design.
* Engaging directly with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
About You
* Experience in civil engineering design for buildings/infrastructure.
* Knowledge of local stakeholders, planning, and design standards.
* Strong communication and project coordination skills.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, and digital collaboration tools.

Salary & Benefits
* Engineer: £43,000–£50,000
* Senior: £50,000–£65,000
* Associate: £60,000–£75,000 (We’ll flex for the right person – strong CVs considered beyond these bands.)
