Role Responsibilities
* Assist the Chef Manager in preparing a variety of quality menus for residents
* Promote and monitor food hygiene and safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen
* Engage with residents, visitors, and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner
* Require experience in catering and a valid food hygiene certificate
