Quality InspectorBrierley HillMonday to Friday 7am – 4pm£14 per hourA manufacturing business based in Brierley Hill is looking to recruit an experienced Quality Inspector to support their production and quality teams. This is a hands on role within a fast paced environment where maintaining high standards and ensuring products meet customer specifications is essential.This position would suit someone with a strong background in manufacturing quality, ideally with ISO 9001 knowledge or certification, who enjoys working closely with production teams to maintain and improve quality processes.Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out regular quality inspections on products and components during production
* Ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards
* Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
* Support internal audits
* Identify non-conformances and work with teams to investigate root causes
* Assist with implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
* Liaise with production staff to ensure quality procedures are followed
* Maintain a safe and organised working environment in line with health and safety standards
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a quality inspection or quality technician role within manufacturing
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards (internal auditor training or certification highly desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspection and reporting
* Confident communicator who can work effectively with production and quality teams
* Experience identifying defects, analysing issues, and supporting process improvements
* Comfortable working in a fastpaced production environment
