We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive growth by converting warm leads into tailored telecom rental solutions, engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers. You’ll own your pipeline, hit targets consistently, and play a key role in improving processes while supporting the wider Rentals team as a subject matter expert.
Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Salary: £35,000 plus commission
Location: Bournemouth
Hours of work: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours)
What You'll Be Doing
As an Senior Account Manager, you will:
* Convert warm inbound leads into sales through proactive phone engagement
* Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers to uncover needs and present tailored telecom solutions
* Deliver compelling sales presentations via phone and video, confidently handling objections
* Close deals and secure new business, including taking payments over the phone
* Own and manage your pipeline, keeping CRM accurate and ensuring timely follow-ups
* Support team success as a subject matter expert, contributing to process improvements and new initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in telesales, B2B sales, or a target-driven environment
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
* Strong closing and negotiation skills with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Self-motivated with excellent organisation and pipeline management skills
* Comfortable delivering presentations via phone and video platforms
* Proactive and team-oriented, with a willingness to support others and improve processes
