About our role:
As a Lecturer in the Degree Apprenticeship team at QAA, you will work with learners studying alongside full-time employment to develop their professional skills. We utilize Blended Learning, supporting learners through online content, remote interactive sessions (e.g., WebEx, discussion forums), and live-online or face-to-face workshops.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and own multiple modules on the Degree Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring high-quality learning delivery, including online support and face-to-face workshops.
* Develop course materials such as videos, exercises, slides, and assessments for various modules.
* Contribute to team activities related to assessment and teaching as needed.
Skills & Abilities
* PGCE/Associate HEA membership is highly desirable.
* Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
* Relevant Master’s degree – Essential.
* Knowledge of Apprenticeships, work-based learning, or Higher Education.
