MEP Interface Lead (Comms / BMS) HS2 – Rail experience essential £85k + package or contract day rate (outside IR35) Expertise needed on one of the largest rail station build projects in the UK!! We need an experienced MEP Engineer, ideally with a background in comms systems or BMS, to help integrate all of the specialist systems and general building services into both the station and the railway sections of this project. The Interface Lead manages all aspects of project’s interfaces with its key interfacing parties including but not limited to Network Rail, Rail Systems and MMA on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the impact of construction activities on rail operations and customer satisfaction is minimised. Key Responsibilities Establish strong working relationships with key interfacing teams and its internal stakeholders and set up formal and informal communications channels. Manage and supervise the ICD submission plan and coordinate submissions with specific interface managers. Prepare Interface Control Document Updates on a monthly basis Lead on Rail Systems Interface. Supervise the preparation and submission of work package plans, Forms Cs, Form H/Gs and other relevant NR interface deliverables Ensure interfaces are managed in accordance to the Interface Management Plan.
