We are now seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our dining experience to new heights.
The Role As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, from menu development to team leadership. Youll bring passion, innovation, and consistency, ensuring every dish reflects the quality and reputation of our hotel.
What We Offer Salary: £48,000 £54,000 (depending on experience and fit)
Quarterly Bonus: Based on achieving hotel and kitchen KPIs

Design and deliver seasonal, high-quality menus

What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
