Requirement: Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Your Role
You’ll form part of the event’s response capability, dealing with situations that require a higher level of authority and control. You’ll work closely with supervisors and the control room to ensure incidents are handled safely, proportionately, and professionally.

* Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents
* Support crowd management teams with escalated situations
* Protect staff, spectators, and event infrastructure
* Maintain strong communication with supervisors and control rooms
* Provide a calm, authoritative presence throughout the event
