Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regulatory Project Manager to join a specialist insurance business operating within the Lloyd’s and wider UK insurance markets. The organisation delivers bespoke insurance and reinsurance solutions across multiple regions, supported by global offices and a strong focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Role Purpose
This position will play a key role in driving the delivery of regulatory and operational projects, including the setup of a Lloyd’s Managing Agent and implementation of operational resilience frameworks aligned to PRA and FCA expectations. Working closely with senior leadership and compliance teams, the successful candidate will help ensure the business continues to meet all relevant regulatory standards and governance requirements.

Regulatory Project Management
1. Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of regulatory projects, including the PRA/FCA authorisation process for a Lloyd’s Managing Agent.
