Job description: We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistant/ Carers/Support Workers to to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to a 78 year old man in his home. Location: Cornwall (TR19) Salary: £15 Hours: Varying hours of 4 hrs Key Responsibilities: * Assist with personal care and daily activities (e.g. dressing, feeding, mobility support). * Must be able to administer medication * Catheter management * Must be competent managing PEG feeding * Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs * Offer emotional support and reassurance as required * Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments * Maintain accurate and timely records Requirements: * At least 6 months recent care experience. * Caring, patient, and empathetic nature * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work flexibly and independently * Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times * Medication trained * Competent managing PEG If you are caring, patient, and experienced, we would love to hear from you...
