We’re looking for a strategic and influential Change Communications Manager to play a key role in Certsure’s multi-year transformation programme.
This is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced communications professional to lead the design and delivery of messaging that engages employees, strengthens understanding, and helps embed organisational and cultural change. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, the Transformation Office, and the Marketing & Communications team to develop and deliver messaging that builds trust, supports new ways of working, and reinforces Certsure’s strategic direction.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll craft communication strategies that bring clarity and confidence during periods of change - helping people understand not just what’s changing, but why it matters. You’ll use storytelling to build connection, ensure alignment between internal and external messaging, and foster a culture of collaboration and shared purpose.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead the development and delivery of integrated communications strategies that support business transformation.
* Partner with senior leaders, HR, and the Transformation Office to plan and deliver clear, engaging change communications.
* Tailor messaging and channels for different audiences to drive understanding, buy-in, and adoption of new ways of working.
* Create compelling content including videos, infographics, newsletters, FAQs, and intranet updates that bring change to life.
* Manage internal communication channels to ensure consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand tone and values.
* Define KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and adjust plans to improve reach and impact.
* Anticipate communication risks, manage issues transparently, and maintain trust throughout change programmes.
* Ensure all communications align with governance, compliance, and approval requirements.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in strategic or change communications within transformation or organisational development environments.
* Strong leadership in developing communication plans that support behavioural and cultural change.
* Excellent storytelling and writing skills across formats and audiences.
* Confident working with senior leaders as a trusted advisor during periods of uncertainty or resistance.
* Ability to translate complex programmes into clear, engaging, and actionable messages.
* Deep understanding of employee engagement and inclusive communication principles.
* Knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci.
* Skilled in digital communication tools, CMS platforms, and analytics.
* Strong project management, prioritisation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
