Morson Edge are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy facilities management contract supporting a school environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with strong financial and office administration experience.
The Role
You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the contract, including:
Processing purchase orders and invoices
Submitting weekly payroll timesheets
Monitoring contract expenditure and payroll budgets
Handling invoicing and payment queries
Maintaining financial administration systems and procedures
Supporting monthly reporting for the Contract Manager
Monitoring utility usage and contract benchmarking
Processing contractor documentation and compliance records
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous administration experience within a busy office environment
Is confident using Excel, Word and Outlook
Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
Has strong organisational and communication skills
Ideally has experience within PFI, facilities management or school environments
An Enhanced DBS with Children's Barred List check will be required for this position.
