The CNC Miller setter operator will support production and processes for aluminium motorsport components. This hands-on role is responsible for proving new programs, setting and operating 5-Axis milling machines.CNC Miller Setter Operator Responsibilities:
* Set and Operate 5-axis CNC machines
* Prove/Edit new CNC programs
* Monitor dimensional reports, adjust offsets, and improve process capability.
* Conduct first off inspections of components manufactured
* Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve process issues.
CNC Miller Setter Operator Essentials:
* Proven CNC 5 Axis machine setting experience
* Previous experience working on projects within Motorsport, Aerospace or similar
* Control Experience using Fanuc and Heidenhain
* Experience using quality measuring devices (Verniers, Calipers & Gauges)
