Job Details:
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
* Pay: £90 - £100 per day (based on experience)

About the Role:
Our partner school in Exeter provides personalised education for students with complex needs, including those with EHCPs. The curriculum focuses on core subjects and PSHE, with both on-site lessons and community activities to support students’ growth.
Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised support for students with SEND
* Collaborate with teachers to implement and adjust personalised learning plans
* Foster a positive, safe environment for emotional and social development
* Adapt resources to meet diverse learning needs
What We’re Looking For:
* Passion for supporting students with SEND
* Education or care experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and patience
* Must have GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent
* Full UK driver’s license and access to own car
