We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data and Funding Manager to join our Management Information Systems (MIS) team. This is a pivotal role within the College, ensuring compliance with all current funding rules whilst maximising learner funding across all delivery areas. The post holder will lead the Data and Funding Team, driving high standards of data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all funding returns, audits, and reporting cycles.,
* Leading compliance with funding rules, ensuring a robust cycle of internal audit, quality assurance, and reporting.
* Overseeing accurate and timely funding returns and data submissions to funding bodies and partners.
* Managing the setup and audit of timetables and registers, optimising room and staff allocations.
* Supporting enrolment and leading on the processing and reporting of learner information.
* Monitoring changes to funding regulations and ensuring they are implemented effectively.
* Managing, developing, and motivating the Data and Funding Team, including appraisals, 1:1s and KPI monitoring.
* Ensuring GDPR compliance and contributing to continuous process improvement within MIS.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining compliance while supporting the College's strategic aims. Some evening and weekend work may be required to meet business needs.
