Cambridge Housing Society (CHS Group), a charitable housing association and social enterprise, is recruiting for the role of Supported Housing Officer based at their head office on Vision Park.
As a Supported Housing Officer, you will cover a patch of around 61 rented and leased properties in Cambridgeshire. In this highly responsible and varied role, you will be at the heart of CHS activity. As part of the community support services team, you will deliver a first-class service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Dealing with all aspects of tenancy and estate management.
2. Ensuring homes are let efficiently and fairly.
3. Working to maximise rental and service charge income.
4. Addressing cases of anti-social behaviour.
5. Supporting customers to meet the terms of their tenancy agreement.
6. Collaborating with other organisations providing support in accommodation to ensure the needs of tenants are met.
7. Managing your own workload with minimal supervision to ensure a customer-focused service is provided.
8. Involving customers, working in partnership with other agencies, and improving service delivery to meet customers’ needs.
