This is a newly created role driven by significant recent growth, including acquisition activity, with further expansion plans on the horizon. The business has scaled rapidly and is now looking to strengthen its finance function with an experienced, hands-on Financial Controller to support the next phase of development.

The Opportunity
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while leading and developing a small team.
This role offers excellent exposure across the business, with the opportunity to play a key part in driving improvements to reporting, controls, and commercial insight as the organisation continues to scale.
