A well-established and highly regarded law firm, ranked among the UK’s top 30 conveyancing practices, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team. The firm has grown steadily since 2012 and now has over 100 legal professionals across the Midlands, providing high-quality legal services to both local and national communities.

The Role:

* Handling a wide range of Private Client matters including wills, trusts, probate (including contentious), LPAs, inheritance tax and estate planning
* Managing files independently, ensuring compliance with firm policies, SRA regulations and AML requirements
* Providing supervision and guidance to junior members of the team where required
* Maintaining financial control of matters, including efficient billing and payment procedures
* Identifying opportunities to develop new business and enhance client relationships
About You:
*
* Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
* STEP qualified (or working towards) is highly desirable
* Confident in managing all aspects of Private Client work independently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
* Commercially aware, self-motivated and proactive in business development
