You will trade the high-pressure hospital wards for an elite superyacht, navigating exclusively through the magnificent waters of the Mediterranean. Your luxury maritime itinerary will feature stops at the world's most pristine anchorages, moving seamlessly between the timeless elegance of Monaco, the sun-drenched coastlines of Mallorca, and the breathtaking beauty of the Greek Islands.
The Team You will be an essential pillar of a sophisticated, self-contained medical ecosystem designed for ultra-high-net-worth healthcare. Clinical oversight is provided by a resident Lead British Doctor, and you will collaborate daily with expert onboard Physiotherapists alongside a highly cohesive, Western-trained nursing team.
The Safety Delivering flawless concierge medicine requires continuous support and sharp clinical focus. To ensure absolute patient safety and eliminate practitioner fatigue, our medical operations run on a strict double-nurse shift system. You will never be on duty alone; a highly experienced clinical peer will always be working actively by your side.
Requirements
The Requirements
* Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
* Clinical Background: A minimum of 4+ years of recent, high-acuity Acute Care experience (ICU / ER / A&E).
* Language Proficiency: Native or C1 fluency in English.
* Professional Attributes: Unwavering clinical excellence, supreme adaptability to luxury environments, and the highest standards of discretion.
