The Role
As a Senior Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting learners with complex educational, communication and social-emotional needs. You will work alongside teaching staff to deliver engaging learning activities, encourage independence and help create an environment where every pupil can flourish.
• Providing high-quality classroom support
• Assisting with personalised learning programmes
• Supporting behaviour regulation strategies
• Acting as a role model for pupils and colleagues
• Encouraging participation and confidence
• Promoting safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
• Contributing to progress monitoring and reporting
• Supporting wider school activities where required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
